What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), event details and any message you write. We also record the consent you give and the date and time you gave it.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To manage your booking, if you go ahead.
To send offers and updates, only if you opted in. You can withdraw at any time.

Photos and films of your event

We only show photos or films from your event on our website or social media with your permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at arkphotography9@gmail.com.
